For almost 3 years, Mark has been focused on providing the best in world-wide yacht crew benefits and insurance through MHG Marine Benefits.  This has allowed Mark to work with hundreds of yachts, Captains and Crew by assisting them with their health insurance benefit needs. As a health plan provider, it is a natural extension to offer those same valued clients the opportunity for sophisticated financial planning to meet the unique needs of individuals who are involved in this specialized industry.   Because the yacht crew lifestyle and overall career experience is virtually identical to that of Mark’s prior occupation as a pilot, Mark is able to ‘fit in’ and identify with a yacht crewmember’s needs and desires. 
 
Mark is also involved with the US Superyacht Association and currently serves as Membership Chairman which gives him the opportunity to help improve the crew work environment through education, stress relief and by advocating on their behalf.
